Coney Island

Cheer up, fellows!
Sing so mellow,
and all of your doubts will melt away...

They could just take all they want,
and, boy, you could give all ya' got,
but what does that matter anyway?

I took a trip to Coney Island,
I took a ride on a Ferris wheel,
strapped in and gave them control of myself,
it's like nothin' you'll ever feel...

Gripped my hands tight,
eyes closed, knuckles white,
started out down below...

I didn't get high 'till,
some blonde put her hands up,
she dared me, just dared me,
"let go..."

I took a trip to Coney Island,
I took a ride on a Ferris wheel,
strapped in and gave them control of myself,
it's like nothin' you'll ever feel...
